About Eaglewood Village Seniors Community

Eaglewood Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Springfield, Ohio. Eaglewood Village includes Eaglewood Care Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, of which 20 are in a memory care unit; and Eaglewood Seniors Community, an assisted and independent living facility with 80 apartments. Services include: skilled care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, restorative care, intermediate care and Alzheimer and Dementia care.

Assisted living services include medication administration, morning and evening care, mobility assistance, two- and four-hour checks, meals, laundry and transportation.

Residents at Eaglewood enjoy an on-site beauty salon and barbershop, computer lab with Internet access, activity rooms, a TV room, two private outdoor courtyards, raised garden area and a walking trail around the grounds. Eaglewood is close to Buck Creek State Park, Wittenberg University, the Clark State Performing Arts Center, Springfield Symphony, Springfield Museum of Art and Navistar International as well as the new, under-construction Springfield Regional Medical Center.
